We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our fabrics, slight variations in color, pattern, and texture may occur. Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from the images displayed on our website.

• All measurements are approximate and may vary by ±2-3%
• Colors may appear different on various screens
• Natural variations in silk and handwoven fabrics are considered features, not defects
• Zari work and embellishments may have minor imperfections due to handcrafting

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept the following payment methods:

• Digital Wallets

Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment information.

4. Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will send you an order confirmation email. Processing times vary based on product availability:

• In-stock items: 2-3 business days
• Made-to-order items: 7-15 business days
• Custom Maggam work: 15-45 business days

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Shipping charges are calculated based on order value:

• Orders above ₹5,000: Free shipping
• Orders below ₹5,000: ₹200 flat shipping fee
• Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days for metro cities, 7-10 days for other locations

6. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached. Custom-made and discounted items are not eligible for return. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information.
